Mira, powered by Spree AI, is a conversational assistant that delivers personalized fashion recommendations, simplifying online shopping and enhancing user satisfaction.

Problem statement

"Online shopping can be overwhelming and frustrating."

Shoppers often struggle to find clothing that matches their style, size, and preferences, leading to frustration and low customer retention for fashion retailers.

Impact

Projected a 40% boost in conversion rates and a 30% reduction in product return rates by streamlining the shopping experience and helping users select better-fitting, more appropriate items through AI-driven assistance.

We mapped out the complete shopper's journey by synthesizing user research, discussions with the SpreeAI team, and desk research findings. This reveals critical moments of friction and opportunity.
